Our guests are often travelling far from home, they may have never visited the town or even country they are staying in, and we are here to reassure and support them throughout their stay.
All guests are greeted by a member of our guest relations team upon arrival, who will talk through the apartment features and discuss the services we can offer. Guests will also receive a complimentary welcome pack of groceries in their apartment, no matter how short term their stay. And we operate a 24/7 contact service offering peace of mind reassurance in the unlikely event of an emergency.
